Anne is a change agent helping organizations develop a culture of continuous improvement through the use of lean tools and techniques. With over 12 years of experience working with front line and leaders, she has helped organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, reference labs, and administrative space implement Lean. She has a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She is a public speaker and has presented at numerous Lean conferences including the Northeast Lean Conference, Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME), Lean Frontiers, and Maine Continuous Improvement Lean Collaborative.
